  • All quoted prices are valid for 7 days.
  • All prices listed on this website are subject to change without prior notice.
  • A 50% deposit is required before work on any project may begin. Deposits are not refundable.
  • Aquanix reserves the right to suspend indefinitely, any account that is overdue by 5 days.
  • Balance of account must be settled before final work will be handed over to client.
  • If any project is held up for more than 4 weeks due to a hold-up on the client side, then the outstanding balance will be invoiced.
  • Hosting is renewable on an annual basis. Any laps in your payments will result in the removal of your website from our servers. A re-activation fee of R250 will then be payable when settling outstanding hosting fees. The same applies for domain names. Laps in payment of domain names could lead to deregistration of the domain name, in which case it will go back into circulation and sold to another entity.
  • The refund guarantee is valid on logo designs [initial drafts] only. You will forfeit the guarantee if any changes or revisions were requested on the design. Refunds will only be given if a valid reason for disliking the design is provided.
